Her guidance effectively addressed my lower back concerns, enhanced my posture, and imparted valuable techniques for refining my breathing. The impact of her two lessons extends beyond the immediate, contributing to a noticeable improvement in my overall well-being. Derrick, the beverage director at Four Seasons Langkawi, is a masterful mixologist who crafts exceptional cocktails. His creations are a symphony of flavors, blending premium spirits with locally sourced ingredients to deliver a unique and unforgettable drinking experience. Each concoction reflects his creativity and expertise, elevating the resort’s beverage offerings to new heights. Whether it’s a tropical delight or a classic cocktail with a modern twist, Derrick’s libations are a testament to his passion for the art of mixology. The dedication and professionalism of your staff, particularly Narishah from Ikan Ikan during the dinner shift, have exceeded my expectations. on my last day at the hotel, the Breakfast Team at Serai, including Narishah, arranged Laksa and Roti Canai for the breakfast buffet after my request. Their willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my preferences has made my stay truly memorable. I believe such exemplary service deserves acknowledgment, and I wanted to convey my gratitude to you and your team for creating a positive and personalized experience. Wendy C’s guidance during the Rainforest Trekking and Birdwatch Tour was exceptional. As a first-time birdwatcher, I appreciated Wendy’s patience and insights, which made the experience both educational and enjoyable. She took the time to explain various equipment, enhancing my understanding of birdwatching. During the Rainforest Trekking Tour, Wendy’s emphasis on safety, along with her deep understanding and respect for the rainforest ecosystem, stood out.
While my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, I would like to offer a couple of suggestions for further enhancement. Firstly, it would be beneficial to introduce a high-tech stationary bike in the gym, providing guests with advanced fitness options. Additionally, ensuring the availability of essential cardio equipment could contribute to a more comprehensive workout experience. Furthermore, I suggest maintaining the steam room in operational mode consistently. Instead of relying on guests to navigate a potentially confusing keypad, having the steam room ready for use at all times would streamline the relaxation process. Given the esteemed reputation of Four Seasons, addressing these issues would enhance the overall experience. While Four Seasons Langkawi boasts a stunning setting and attentive staff, my recent stay encountered several disappointments. The oversight of room cleaning, non-operational catamarans, and unavailable snorkel equipment left a notable dent in the promised luxury experience. The tennis court’s neglected ground surface and malfunctioning lights were additional letdowns. Considering the esteemed reputation of Four Seasons, addressing these shortcomings is crucial to ensuring a seamless and truly exceptional stay for future guests. I noticed some areas where paint was peeling off, suggesting the need for a fresh coat to maintain the resort’s impeccable standards. Additionally, there was a shortage of bicycles, and it was disappointing to find that bicycles were not guaranteed for each guest but were available on a first-come, first-served basis, impacting the accessibility of this amenity.

Memorable stay. I will definitely come back
The services provided by Four Seasons is top notch. All the staff are well trained, quick in providing assistance, kind, well mannered. I feel like I didn’t have to lift a finger. The room is AMAZING. I stay here during my birthday and they provided a complimentary room deco, cake, and cute buggy with tag/banner of “Happy Birthday”. I love the adult pool with cabana. Spend my evening in the Rhu Bar to watch sunset and the view is spectacular. I wish I have more time to spend here. Will definitely come back.
